🎄 A Love Letter to Cowbridge & Our Christmas Wish 🎄

As we reflect on this festive season, our hearts are filled with gratitude for your incredible support over the last few years. You are the reason we’re here.

We also find ourselves thinking back to the vibrant, bustling Cowbridge we first fell in love with in 2018—the streets alive with youngsters, the laughter spilling out from every corner, and that magical community spirit that made Christmas here so special.

We miss that energy. We know many of you do, too. The quiet evenings and quieter festivals are felt by all of us who call this village home.

So, here is our wish: let’s bring that sparkle back together. We’ve held our prices steady for three years because we want to be your accessible, welcoming home for flavour and celebration.

It is with heavy hearts that we at Shampan share our deepest condolences on the passing Heather Weddell . She was not only a cherished leader but a dear friend to our restaurant family, and her loss leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts and our community.
