Chef Joe Jenkins began his culinary journey with us at Town & Country when he was just 17 years old. Since then, he has built an impressive international career, refining his craft in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant in Banff before going on to become Head Chef in Japan.

Now back in Cowbridge for a short time, we're delighted to welcome him home to lead our next Gourmet Night on Friday 25th September.
