Skylark Coffee see to never miss with their coffee offerings. This Natural Ugandan works so well as a filter and has notes of rum punch and cherry look-aid.

They also have some pretty cool coffee offerings at the moment including a Geisha tasing set and a fermentation project tasting set by none other than James Hoffman + Lucia Solis themselves!

So what exactly is a pour over and why does everyone rave about it?

We never want our specialty menu to feel out of anyone’s depth, so if you are looking for context here it is:

A pour over describes a hand brewed filter coffee. Beans are freshly ground and brewed with filtered water at a controlled temperature.

The purpose of this method is to draw out delicate flavours and provide a clean-bodied cup that best expresses the processing that the producers intended for you to experience.

If you have any questions, all of our team are happy to answer !

And yes, the rumour is true- our last pour over DID taste like bubblegum 🤯 I’ll leave you wondering what we’ll have on next 👀
