So ive been missing the food lab a bit recently .... have even been wearing me jacket quiete abit recently I think maybe just trying to tell myself its still a thing..... and its a great thing thats not gone..... just changing and getting worked on for its new chapter ....
So here's a lil comfort dish thats on my menu at the moment.... a classic with a lil twist ... a bit if me ... so we have
Creamy Garlic & Truffle Wild Mushrooms, Toasted Sourdough, Crispy serrano ham & Chives

Simple dish packed full of flavour,a perfect starter ... as long as you like mushrooms 🤣🤣

Hi all hope you are doing great so the trailers repairs have pretty much finished and I have 1 more piece of the puzzle to get it ready for the circuit next year
One serious paint job .. now I've had a idea and I want to go completely original stand out bit of me all over it so does anyone know any good graffiti artists
Im thinking my logo style big bold standing out from other food vans to attract the crowds at the high foot fall events
Tag dm or comment if you know anyone lets see if can get something im really proud to call mine and drive about and serve people the good stuff

Have not had the privilege of going to a Indian wedding before but had a sneak peak in one of the rooms we had on today how beautiful does this setup look ... and they looked like they had a great time . Have any of you guys been to one before are they as good as they look the colours and everything are amazing
