local council, where I have been awarded the maximum of 9 stars,in April 2012,the system was changed to National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, where I was awarded the maximum of 5.Certificate is shown in my album...My Business,Kathy's Cupcakes & More. I have 3 children and work part-time at a local hotel so this really fits in well and I am loving it! I make a variety of flavoured cupcakes including Vanilla,Cherry Bakewell,Lemon(including lemon meringue and lemon curd)Chocolate and Chocolate Nutella,Coffee,Baileys & White Chocolate,Raspberry and White chocolate,Orange,Coconut, but will make anything on request!
