A few months ago, HYROX was just an idea…💭

Neither of us knew exactly what race day would feel like. We just knew it would require commitment, consistency, and a willingness to be uncomfortable.

Since then, there have been early mornings, long training sessions, sore legs, self-doubt, small wins, and moments where quitting would have been easier than carrying on.

What started as a fitness challenge became something much bigger. It became proof that progress comes from showing up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

This film was shot before the race. It’s a reflection on the journey, the lessons learned, and the work that happened long before stepping onto the start line in Riga.

The race is over now, but these moments capture the part most people never see—the preparation. Proud of what we achieved, grateful for everyone who supported us along the way, and excited for what’s next.
