A warm-weather food opinion from us.

When it's August and the evenings are finally decent, the last thing you want is something heavy. Rich sauce, stodgy plate, the kind of meal that sends you straight to the sofa in defeat.

Here's something most people don't think about: the reason the food at Bengal Delight tastes the way it does isn't magic. It's that every single spice is ground on site — no pre-mixed blends, no artificial colours, no shortcuts. It's been that way since we opened.

That kind of thing doesn't show up on the plate in a way you can point at. You just taste the difference.
