Front of House Team Leader – The Dove, Corton
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at The Dove in Corton.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working in a busy restaurant environment, enjoys delivering excellent customer service and can help lead and develop a friendly, professional front of house team.
The role will include:
Leading the front of house team during busy services
Ensuring customers receive a warm welcome and consistently excellent service
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
Training and supporting new members of staff in day-to-day operations and customer service
Helping maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure an efficient service
Confidently dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues
Leading by example and creating a positive, supportive working environment
About you:
You will have previous front of house experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment, ideally with some supervisory or team leader experience.
You’ll need to be:
Confident, friendly and professional
Reliable and well organised
Comfortable taking responsibility during service
A strong team player
Able to train, encourage and support less experienced members of staff
Passionate about providing great customer service
Calm and efficient when things get busy
Previous restaurant experience is essential for this position.
We’re looking for someone who can become a key member of the team and help us continue to develop the food and hospitality offering at The Dove.
Hours: Part-time / Full-time – to be discussed
Location: The Dove, Corton, near Warminster, Wiltshire
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
