A gorgeous sugar flower themed 80th birthday cake for a very gorgeous, feisty and determined lady. She loves bold flowers such as lilies, tulips, roses, Magnolias and orchids. It was a pure delight to make this cake for her.

Vanilla bean sponge cake with homemade raspberry conserve and buttercream, with a white chocolate ganache and fondant to cover.

All flowers were made with flower paste.

I don’t know what it is about Hello Kitty, but I just love it! I quite like Pusheen too 🤭

So imagine my reaction when I received an order request for a Hello Kitty cake order! Probably a good idea that I’m writing this at 5am and no one can see me.

It was a lovely vegan chocolate cake, for Beth’s 21st 🥰. With homemade jam and chocolate fudge vegan buttercream Hope you had a fabulous time.

Isn’t it just amazing when fashions of yesteryear come back and become hits again. Certainly got that feeling when making this wonderful My Little Pony themed cake for Laura’s 5th Birthday.

A rich chocolate fudge cake, with lashings of buttercream and a secret stash of M&M chocolates hidden at its centre. Covered in chocolate ganache then fondant.

Customer requested applejack, rainbow dash and pinkie pie ponies. All handmade with sugar paste 🥰

Fortnite themed birthday cake with edible toppers of Fishstick and Loot Llama decorated with Vbucks and Medkits.

This was a salted caramel sponge cake, caramel sauce and vanilla buttercream, white chocolate ganache and then decorated with fondant.

Some very exciting news we received at the end of last week…

We have been selected as WINNER for Cake Baker of the Year in the Prestige Awards 2026/27.

As some of you know, it’s been a really tough few years for me health wise and im so proud of what I’ve achieved so far and the plans for the future are finally starting to look bright.
