🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇲🇽 England v Mexico… Unfortunately, we can’t show it.
After an incredible day at The George and another fantastic England victory, the boys are heading to Mexico for the Last 16.
Like many of you, we were hoping to open up once again and bring you another unforgettable night.
Unfortunately, due to the game kicking off at 1:00am, we are not permitted to open under the terms of our licence.
As a result, we won’t be taking bookings or showing the game at The George.
We’re just as disappointed as you are because we know what these England nights have become over the last few weeks. The atmosphere has been incredible, and we’d love nothing more than to do it all again.
Sadly, this one is completely out of our hands.
The good news is that if England can get the job done in Mexico, we’ll be back for the Quarter Final, and we’ll be ready to welcome you all once again for another huge occasion.
Good luck to the boys.
Bring home the win… and we’ll see you for the next one.

Our amazing, Gemma, successfully completed her climb of Snowdon in support of Indie a brave 10-year-old who is currently suffering from Leukaemia.
This wasn’t just a walk up a mountain - every step was taken to raise money for Indie
The climb may be complete, and Gemma has so far raised £340. but there’s still time to support this wonderful cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to watch England kick off their World Cup campaign we even looked after the late comers who couldn’t get in . The pub was absolutely buzzing from start to finish, with a fantastic atmosphere, plenty of cheering, and a few nervous moments thrown in for good measure!
