Baked for You

I had the joy of creating this music-themed cake for a dear friend. It’s a hidden two-tier design: the bottom layer is filled with chocolate and hazelnut, while the top tier combines chocolate and cherry. 🍫🍒🌰

The entire cake is finished with a rich dark chocolate ganache and decorated with hand-piped glittery musical notes. 🎸🎵🎶

And the best part—it even survived an almost two-hour car journey! 🥳

I whipped up this little surprise recently - a hidden two-tier lemon cake!

It's light and airy with a touch of vanilla and a white chocolate finish.

Hoping this brings as much joy to eat as it did to create!
