cise I lost 4.5 stone!!! You would of never of thought it with the amount of food I eat, especially with the types of food I was eating!! Our meals didn’t taste like your standard diet food, they where all made and prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients, herbs and spices. No packet stuff or processed food just wholesome, healthy and most importantly tasty food. There’s no weekly menu. Pick your own meals and there’s even weekend meal deals available to help you keep on track!!
