🤝 Great to welcome Michael Henderson from the NI Food To Go Association to Sinley!

It was great having Michael call round for a visit and a good chat about the challenges facing our industry.

The Association has been a fantastic support to Sinley and catering businesses of all sizes, from staff training and hospitality advice to business development and standing up for small businesses during these challenging economic times.

With the continued rise in energy bills, food prices and operating costs, the pressure on small businesses is enormous. One of the biggest challenges facing our industry is the call for a reduction in VAT to help ease that burden and allow businesses to continue serving their local communities without compromising on quality.

Small businesses need a voice, and organisations like the NI Food To Go Association play a vital role in making sure our concerns are heard. 👏

A big thank you to Michael and the team for their continued support of Sinley and the wider hospitality industry.

Firstly, we would like to thank all our loyal customers for your continued support over the years.

Like many small, family-run businesses, we have been trying our very best to absorb the constant increases in running costs for as long as possible. However, with ongoing global conflicts, rising energy bills, food prices and the ever-increasing cost of doing business, we have reached a point where a price increase has become unavoidable.

We have tried to keep any increases to an absolute minimum, but the time has come for us to make this difficult decision.

This is not just about keeping our business running. It is also about looking after our dedicated Team Sinley, maintaining our high standards and ensuring we never have to compromise on the quality of food and service you deserve.

As a small, family-run business celebrating over 50 years of serving our community, we take great pride in what we do. We want to continue providing the same quality, care and service that you have come to expect from us.

We understand that these are challenging economic times for everyone, and this decision has not been taken lightly.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support. It genuinely means so much to us and helps us keep Sinley going for our customers, our team and the next generation.
