Recently, we had an unannounced Coeliac UK inspection — and when I say they checked everything… I mean EVERYTHING! 😂

Over 4 HOURS of inspections, paperwork, questions and watching our team go through the complete customer journey.

From the moment you place your order…

➡️ How our staff guide you through Gluten Free and allergy requirements
➡️ How we prepare the food
➡️ How we prevent cross-contamination
➡️ How the meal is cooked
➡️ How it’s packaged and clearly marked
➡️ How it’s placed into separate bags
➡️ And finally… how the meal is sent to the laboratory for independent analysis.

They also checked our:

🎂❤️ Happy Birthday to the Big Boss! ❤️🎂

During our holiday, we celebrated the birthday of the woman at the heart of it all — our wonderful Mom ❤️

Fifty years ago, Mom and Dad brought Chinese food to Mid Ulster, never knowing the incredible legacy they were beginning. What started with hard work, courage and a dream grew into Sinley — a family business that has fed generations, created countless memories and become part of the community we call home. 🥢🥡❤️

Behind every dish, every busy night and every milestone has been Mom’s strength, love and determination. She has been the heart of our family, the soul of the business and, without question, the Big Boss! 👑

And even after all these years, my wee woman can still stop me in my tracks with THAT LOOK 👀😂 Some things never change!

Mom, thank you for everything you have given us — your time, your sacrifices, your wisdom and your love. Thank you for helping build not only Sinley, but a family legacy that will continue for generations to come.

Happy Birthday, Mom. We love you more than words can say ❤️
