Established in 1962, our family business has proudly been passed through three generations of the McGlaughlins — from my grandparents, to my mum and dad, and now to myself. Today, our beautifully renovated Coffee House & Bakery continues to serve the community with freshly baked homemade breads, speciality cakes, pastries, cupcakes, hot food, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, salad boxes, and freshly ground coffee — all made with the same care and tradition that has been at the heart of our business for over 60 years.

We originally advertised this position as maternity cover, and were delighted to welcome Chloe to our team. Now, as Chloe gets ready to head off travelling around Australia, we’re looking for someone new to join our team and take over the role.

The position involves preparing and serving coffees, providing great customer service, and helping with the day-to-day running of the shop.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, hardworking and enjoys being part of a team. Previous barista or customer service experience would be a bonus.
