You know me, if someone orders a tea I haven’t yet featured, it’ll be my next featured tea! Here’s Just Lemon, which is just that, just lemon, four different types of lemon, all blended by me. It’s what you expect, tart, lemony, masses of flavour and vitamin c.

Remember this one - Immunitea was developed by us in early 2020, mentioning nothing global that may have happened then. We still have it, a blend of ginger, lemongrass, hibiscus and rosehip. Coming to a market near you, pretty soon.

I’ve got no idea how I forgot to add this one to the website, but it’s there now. Yorkshire Tea, not grown in Yorkshire, grown in Kenya, blended with Nilgiri, Assam and Chinese teas. Bright, full flavoured, takes milk well. If you only drink Yorkshire, try this.

A true favourite, and when you smell it, you’ll see exactly why. Jasmine Dragon Tears. Green tea, layered with moonlight-picked jasmine flowers, then rolled into the pearl shape. More expensive this year, but still a bargain, they say 6-8 pearls for a pot, so 100g lasts ages.

Probably my most popular tea, sells out at every market, and I send loads over to France. It’s as close as you’ll get to Lady Grey tea, but stronger. It’s basically Earl Grey with citrus, so lemongrass and orange and lemon peels.
Did you know that Lady Grey apparently isn’t an old tea, made for ‘Lady Grey’ but was designed for the Scandinavian market, where they wanted a weaker tea.

French Lavender Earl Grey, a niche tea, loved by some, not by me. It’s so difficult with something like this to get the right amount of lavender in it but what some people do is buy extra Earl Grey and add it to the tea, so that the lavender taste is reduced. Some people however love the lavender flavour and want more. You can’t please everybody!
