We're starting a new chapter at Trancio, and we're excited to welcome apricity coffee roasting Silk Choc for our coffee residency.

First, a big thank you to Heartland Coffee Roasters for being part of our journey so far. Heartland is where Billy's passion for coffee first began, so it will always be special for us. Stocking Vianni exclusively as our house coffee from the day we opened in Conwy was a real milestone.

Apricity, run by Nathan, has roasted something truly special in the form of this Silk Choc. Naturally processed in Sul de Minas, Brazil, the coffee is produced by the Urban family, who are committed to long-term environmental stewardship. It's an approachable, chocolate-forward coffee with notes of macadamia richness, and raspberry sweetness. Delicious on its own, and is a great fit amongst our fresh bakes.

Silk Choc will be available on our machines at both Trancio and Malwen. We can't wait for you to give it a try!

We'll be running along the new Lôn yr Adar bridge on Thursday for our Running Social at 6pm!

With the darker evenings rolling in, this newly opened bridge will be part of this month's 8k loop. We'll head towards Glan Conwy and back, taking in the scenic views, with plenty of stops along the way.

As your reward, we're offering 10% off pizzas at the end, back over at Trancio! No need to book - just turn up & enjoy.

Our Winter Warmers drinks menu is here 🍁

Tamzin has thoughtfully crafted a new menu of cosy, warming flavours to see you through the cooler months. These drinks can be enjoyed hot or cold to sit in or takeaway, depending on your mood.

They're available for the rest of the year, so there’s plenty of time to find your new favourite.
