🌿 Our intimate first floor restaurant sits nestled above Conwy high street.

Inspired by the nickname given to a person born within the walls of Conwy town, Jackdaw or jac-do in Welsh, our name comes from the bird which can be found within the walls of the town and castle.

We carefully create our seasonal tasting menus using regionally native ingredients and the very best of what North Wales grows, rears and catches, to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Our lunch tasting menu is six carefully chosen courses, planned to complement one another, to guide you naturally from one plate to the next – from our signature Hafod & "Conwy Sauce" Rarebit, to our Butter Poached Cod with Roscoff Onion & Smoked Roe Sauce.

🌿 We’re celebrating five incredible years of The Jackdaw with a truly special à la carte menu.

For the month of October, we will step away from the usual tasting menu and instead offer an opportunity to taste some of the dishes which have defined our journey so far.

This truly special menu will be available from 6th - 31st October, and has been carefully selected to showcase the very best tastes North Wales has to offer.
