We are wishing the fondest of farewells to Ben and Heidi as they leave us to start a brand new adventure in the big city.

Over the years, they have become such a huge part of the Signatures story, and we know our kitchen team, front-of-house team, and our regular guests are going to miss them hugely.

Thank you both for your relentless dedication and the brilliant energy you brought to every single shift.

Well it was definitely worth the 15 hour travel day for Jimmy!

Signatures are thrilled to announce that last night, we won the Best Restaurant In Wales category for the 5th year running at the annual World Culinary Awards which this year was held at the Princess Grand in Jamaica.

It goes without saying that we couldn't have done this without the continued support of our fantastic team. You are the heart of signatures and of course yourselves, our fabulous customers who are truly fantastic and are like family to us.

Our Kitchen Manager, Ben, had a brilliant time visiting Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn last week to teach the students how to make homemade pasta for their Italy project.
