Friday Fiesta has arrived :)

Please, can I ask those who ordered sweet selection boxes to collect them between 10.30am and 12.30pm (if possible).

Polite reminder: Cream cakes are to be refrigerated if not consumed straight away. Also, cherry toppings of the black forrest dessert have a stone inside.

Please let me know when on your way so that I can assemble the box for you.

If paying via bank transfer, please make sure you do so before collection.

If you'd like to treat yourselves to a Sweet Selection Box this Friday, please let me know ASAP. For this to go ahead, I need a minimum of 5 orders (apologies but it's not viable otherwise).

What's in the box?
2 x fully loaded brownies
2 x salted caramel slices
2 x strawberry cream scones
2 x classic cream cannolis
2 x black forest dessert or lemon drizzle traybake (not sure on this one yet ;) )

£25 per box, payable by bank transfer or cash on collection.

As always, everything will be made from scratch using only high quality ingredients.

Hello everyone, long time no see ;) I hope you are all keeping well. As I am on a 6-week holiday (perks of teaching), I am considering reopening my bakery for a limited period. Before making a final decision, however, I would be grateful to know whether you would be interested in purchasing cakes & bakes from me over the summer.
It is not my intention to compete with other baking businesses out there (some lovely ideas have emerged over the past few years, which I truly admire and applaud). Rather, I would like to treat you to my flagship treats such as cannoli cones, caramel slices, brownies, etc. As always, I am happy to amend my recipes to cater for all your dietary needs: GF, vegan, keto...you name it.
So, can I please ask you to either give me a "like" or leave a comment underneath. Your feedback will help me decide whether reopening would be worthwile.

Below, my very own tiramisu(with amaretto); GF & vegan vanilla & strawberry b-day cake; lemon & raspberry cheesecake, and a loaf of keto bread.
