The Christmas carvery is back!
We are taking bookings, in person, from tomorrow (Tuesday 29th Sept)
The carvery will take place on the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th of December. There will be two sittings: 12 noon and 2.15pm.
We require £5 per person cash deposit (non refundable) at the time of booking.
The total cost per person is £30 and includes tea, coffee and mints.

Fun evening out, fabulous teacher- come and try this increasingly popular style of dance.

**FREE LAUNCH CLASSES THIS COMING TUESDAY!**

To celebrate ONE WHOLE YEAR of our line dance classes, and the launch of our Tuesdays at Castleside Club, we will be hosting a free evening of dance this coming Tuesday!

All welcome. A mix of music and dance styles.

Stay for one class, hang around for an extra challenge, or stay all evening and request your favourite dance to practice!

Class pricing after our launch week will be £3 for AB, £5 all other sessions, or stay all evening for £10.

In the UK someone develops dementia every 3 minutes.

1 in 3 people born in the UK today will go on to develop dementia in their lifetime

Around 1 million people in the UK are living with dementia.

1.8 million people in England provide care for someone with dementia

At least one in three people with dementia don’t have a diagnosis.

Only together can we beat dementia – by giving vital support to those who need it, funding groundbreaking research, and campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be.
