The Bluebird Café by the lake

What a week!!
Bluebird K7 returned to Coniston Water and we were all there to see her 😍.
Thank you to our wonderful team who have worked extremely hard this week 💗.
It’s been an exciting week meeting old and new customers.
Thank you to everyone involved in getting Bluebird to this point for everyone to enjoy xx

K7 ran this afternoon and reached 100mph. She will be running Saturday and Sunday. Plenty of parking on lake road.

Bluebird k7 is planning to run everyday for the next 4 days now, as long as the weather plays ball.

There is plenty of parking on lake road, no issues with traffic getting in.

Car park in only 5 minutes walk from the lake where all the action is.

BLUEBIRD K7 FESTIVAL
Starts tomorrow until Sunday 17th.
Bluebird K7 is now in situate in the car park next to the cafe. She will be on the water from tomorrow (Monday) morning and weather permitting, she will make a few runs up and down the lake each day.
The cafe is open daily from 9am to 5pm.
Serving our normal menu plus daily specials.
There will also be a grab and go fridge section for sandwiches, wrap, sausage rolls, pork pies for quick food and drink options.
There are no table reservations, it’s first come first served, and we respectfully ask that once you have finished eating you free up the table if there are others waiting.
We look forward to welcoming everyone for this very momentous event.

We are all very excited to see Bluebird has her engine in and is ready to take to the lake.

She will be running on coniston water 11th - 17th May.

The cafe will be open daily throughout this week from 9am - 5pm.

Bluebird k7 will be launched from the slip way at the cafe and run across the lake infront of the cafe.

The event is free to view. Parking onsite will be in the field just above the main car park. Tickets for the parking can be booked via the following link….
