Today, on World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding everyone that it’s okay to take time to switch off, to check in with the people around you and, importantly, to ask for support when you need it.

Whether you work behind the bar, are part of our pub teams, or you’re simply joining us for a pint, looking out for each other matters. 💚

👉 Reach out if things are getting on top of you

Glasses shifting on their own, floorboards creaking when the room is empty, and lights flickering in patterns no electrician can explain. The whispers were right—the old place is awake.
