Little WRPPR are here this Friday for street food (5:30-9pm). If you’re after some seriously good wraps then these are the guys to go to.

They’ll be serving out of our kitchen hatch so just head downstairs when you’re feeling hungry and they’ll cook up a feast for you, we are looking forward to trying the halloumi kebab wrap, sounds absolutely delicious!

A great turnout for our monthly 🧀 cheese night 🧀

We had 19 different cheeses delivered to the bar and exchanged for Port.

Congratulations to this months winner, Steve who brought a very popular mango chutney Red Leicester which was voted as the top cheese this month. We hope you enjoyed a drink on us Steve.

Here’s what on this week, we’ve got some great food offerings and plenty of entertainment lined up.

Tuesday - pizza and a pint for £10 thanks to Crescent Catering

Wednesday - Quiz night at 8pm. Send us a message if you want to enter a team. Entry is £1 per person and there are prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd placed teams as well as money to be won.

Thursday - Chippy Tea is back (4:30-8pm) . You can order from the full menu at Green Island and get food delivered right to your table

Friday - this weeks street food comes from the brilliant Little WRPPR who will be serving their legendary loaded wraps from 5:30-9pm

Saturday - live music is on at 8pm as the awesome Elmo Ashall-Kelly returns for an indoor gig. He’s one of our favourite performers and is always entertaining

Sunday - round out the week with a couple of b**rs as Kodiak Club will be running meaning you can enjoy any Beartown Cask Ale for just £3.50

Cheese night is back this Sunday from 5pm.

It’s an open invite to everyone but make sure you get down with some cheese before 6pm so we can prep your cheese and bring it out with all the nibbles.

Speak to the guys at the bar and they’ll swap your cheese for a glass of Port which pairs perfectly with a cheese platter

We will bring out all of the cheese at 6:30 and you can try what everyone else has brought down and enjoy some of the bits that go with it.

At 7pm we will count up all your votes and the owner of the highest scoring cheese gets a FREE drink on us
