It has a large beer garden with bbqs available for use, providing a little oasis from the bustle of the town. Its friendly staff can offer you a large selection of beers wines and spirits, or one of our 4 handpulls. It is the home of the Congleton Jazz and Blues festival, frequently create live music events, such as the dirty dozen, rocktober festval and constantly promoting live music. Currently

we offer a home cooked sunday roast and good pub grub through friday and saturday. ( as of the 1st of May the kitchen will be opened 7 days a week, with the launch of our new menu )

We have BT sports, and aim to show rugby as and when possible, including the aviva premier league and all cup games as well as internationals. weekly events

Monday, the nuts poker league, 8 pm
Thursday, quiz from 8 pm, with cash prizes

monthly events

1st sunday of every month open mic night @ 8 pm
Bands and individuals come from surrounding towns to offer there talents.

2nd wednesday of every month, is supper club
A three course meal with an international theme is cooked for you for £10
