Have you ever tried this Japanese classic?

This is a little peak of what one of our customers had last time we did smash burgers.

Have you ever tried a proper smash burger?

Where the patty is so thin that the meat crisps up giving that perfect lacing around the edge. A proper smash burger, where we actually smash the meat into the grill to get maximum heat contact for the best sear on the meat.

Some places will sell thin burgers and call them 'smash' but for a real smash burger, it can't just be thin, it has to be smashed into the hot plate.

If you want a fat juicy burger patty, then this isn't for you. But if you want crispy shards of meat, with enough fat content in there to keep it moist, then a smash burger is for you.

After a short hiatus (we have been very busy with private events) we are back with our most popular Supper Club, it's time once again for Thai.

Prestarter, starter and a main for just £24 and no corkage charge.

Book a table, bring your own booze and have a great night out. When you arrive we will hit you with some Thai style prawn crackers and our spicy homemade sweet chilli sauce. Then sit back and relax with your choice of starter or a mix of both, and then your choice of Thai curry or soup.

This Friday only (Saturday collection only available) come and enjoy some Mexican food at the only place you can in Congleton.

I have toned down the spice levels for this one to cater to a wider audience, using mainly smokey chipotles in this chilli.

With a full range of sides, you won't be able to get enough of the guacamole and salsa fresca. Some might say it's like a fiesta in your mouth.

So the weather may have turned crap again, but who's up for some real BBQ?

In celebration of our American friends across the pond breaking free of the shackles of British decency (and look where it's gotten them ;)), we are doing our American inspired BBQ Supper Club once again.

4 types of delicious smoked meats; pink and smoky beef brisket, honey mustard pulled pork, sweet & sticky bbq ribs and hot honey butter chicken wings. Served with typical sides, this one sold out quickly last time, so make sure you get involved if you want to check out what a real BBQ is like, instead of charred Richmond sausages and frozen burgers.

Message us to book your table now, for either Friday or Saturday. On Saturday, we can either do collection for the football or chuck a TV in the back room for those interested in watching that dross again.

It's the end of the month which means another Thai Supper Club at Urban Street Grill.

On request, we are doing curries again but thos time we have made some changes to make it more suitable for summer.

We are offering a range of starters that are more suitable for this heat and some of the lighter Thai curries / soups that will give you that Thai flavour punch without the heaviness.
