So of course nothing ever goes smooth sailing, excuse the pun. Today we have had our delivery driver not turn in, so leonie will be running dleiveries on her own. Please understand if your order has been extended on delivery. Your food will still be fresh, we just have to manage the deliveries better. Thank you everyone 💓

I’m so incredibly proud of my amazing team back at Carlina’s Cafe for carrying on and working so hard while we’re away. ❤️
I have the best manager, Leonie, working alongside Amie in the kitchen, along with our new driver and new pot washer! And, of course, Mr Brimelow, making sure the nursary get their dinners. 😀

Absolutely love the darker shade running through my cafe. Definitely a morning for comfort without the grease. There were times when I sat on the floor of my new shop for hours, trying to think of the most special words, looking out through the window at all the curious faces passing by, wondering what on earth was going to happen.

Those dark nights and bright mornings… you’ve seen me dancing, laughing, painting, climbing, building and putting my heart and soul into creating something truly special.

And now, my cafe is complete. ❤️

The most special part of my cafe has to be this hand, worded chalkboard. It says absolutely everything I mean, and so much more.

Today, the cafe is full of customers every single day, with amazing new contracts, constant buffets and so many wonderful people walking through the doors.

My mum would be so incredibly proud of these words, and I know she would have been honoured to see it all come together. ❤️

Because Carlina’s Cafe is truly a place where everyone can feel at home — sharing coffee, great food and good company.

Thank you, Congleton, for believing in me, supporting me and helping make this little dream something so much bigger.
