Introducing our Maharaja House Lamb.
A combination of flavours from a authentic home cooked curry and that of what you would expect to find in a traditional balti house. We add our own touch of sweet plum, star anise and garam massala to take it to the next level. The succulent pieces of lamb will leave you wanting more.
Our meaty creation takes its name from Jamie's Dad's old restaurant in Llandudno, The Maharaja. Which is also the place we all learnt to cook as teenagers.

We hope you enjoy this dish as much as we do.
