You'll find lovely oak floors, open fires, bookcases and old furniture: it all looks very handsome, and we think it's unassuming looks from the outside add to the feeling of making a gloriously serendipitous discovery. The secret is out….

Pen y Bryn summer 25th anniversary garden party will be held on Saturday September 5th! 🙌🏻

Starting at 2pm, join us for an afternoon of family fun whilst we celebrate and reminisce 25 years of our beautiful pub!

We will have live music from our very own Nansi Jones to kick off the day at 2pm followed by the fantastic The Racoons passing on the baton at 430-7. We will have an outdoor, fully stocked bar and bbq all afternoon, along with face painting and a magician to keep the little ones entertained!

As this is a special one for us, we are asking all our lovely customers to share any photos, events and memories of our lovely pub since we opened 25 years ago…. So if you have any photos you wouldn’t mind us sharing, please send us them over so we can enjoy them together on the day!

🐶Dog walk this Saturday🐶

With the high temperatures forecast for the upcoming days we have decided to update the route for our dog walk

It will now be a much shorter walk that will be through shaded woodland for the majority of the walk.

If you are bringing your four legged friend please bring water with you.

We will continue to monitor the forecast and update you on our socials with any change of plan, but for now, we look forward to seeing you on Saturday at 930am for coffee and bacon sandwiches!

Join us for our summer charity dog walk next Saturday morning!

We will be meeting at the pub at 930am for coffee and bacon sandwiches (on us!!) and heading to the hills of Bryn y Maen on a 5 mile walk, then back to the pub in time for a spot of lunch

Here’s hoping for some more of the good weather we have had recently ☀️

We will be raising funds for North Clwyd Animal Rescue this time so please bring any cash you can spare for this worthy cause.
