It's a big flavour weekend starting with some perfect sharing bar snack plates, ideal alongside a couple of cocktails 🍹🍺🍷
Annnnd - we have THREE new Banh Mi's debuting this weekend, one for our lovely new hosts and two for Uncles side of the family ❤️ served mi-ni sized so you can try a few 🥖🥖🥖
We are live from 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday until we sell out so make sure you get in to see us!

Long time, no see London fam!
Auntie is back with a brand new pop up and bringing Uncle with her 💃🕺
This time we are being hosted by the amazing team at in Islington for the whole weekend 22nd - 23rd June
Bar is open from 11am Saturday and 12pm Sunday, we'll be ready to serve food from 3pm on both days until sold out - menu to be released later this week 😁

A sneak peek at one of the dishes for this week - the infamous Uncles Favourite Chicken Curry 🐔
Chicken thighs slow cooked in Uncles family blend of spices, garlic, ginger & tomato until mouth watering-ly fragrant 🤤

Third time lucky - for everyone booked to come in for our Auntie+Uncle X Briggs Wine Bar pop-up!

It's Uncle's turn to put on the apron with 5 delicious dishes inspired by his mum and his favourite snacks growing up!

We definitely recommend booking soon to avoid missing out!
As it stands we have tables available on Wednesday night but are starting to fill up on Thursday 😁

1 week to go until our next Auntie+Uncle x Briggs Wine Bar pop up!

The last event was an incredible and packed out evening so as you know, we've doubled the evenings to try and fit you all in 💃🏻🕺

Next week's menu is now ready, swipe through to see the menu as well as a few of the dishes for the evenings (banh mi anyone 👀)

🤯Last Uncle Wednesday at The Valentine Inn🤯

WEDS 12TH APRIL
from 3pm

As it's Easter we've decided to do a couple of set meals including a slow lamb curry.

This is also our last week at The Valentine Inn, the last day will be Saturday the 15th!

Auntie + Uncle are going to take some time off to visit their new nephew and look into a few ideas for our next pop-up...stay tuned!

As always we do recommend booking as we have been busier over the holidays, available whilst stocks last
