Are you a local business owner and looking for new premises?

The offices have become available in the upper floors of The River Rooms, a multi-use building in the heart of Coltishall village which is also home to A Piece of Cake and Broadgrace Church.

The offices are furnished and the rents start from £375/month, inclusive of utilities and high-speed WiFi. Offices range in size from 1 - 4 people.

All office users have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and lobby area. On-site catering from a A Piece of Cake and a boardroom are also available.

Owned by a Christian charity that seeks to enhance and build community, we are happy to discuss rent reductions for community, charity and local enterprises.
