To give it a distinctly British seasonal identity, we’ve paired the sweet, tangy peach filling with locally grown British rhubarb, one of the finest summer harvests in the UK. The compressed rhubarb salad adds freshness and a delicate tartness, while our homemade condensed milk ice cream brings a rich, creamy contrast that perfectly balances the fruit’s acidity.
