As many of you know, our very first Harvest Festival is just around the corner. After chatting with local people, we've chosen to donate all money raised to Donna and Dave Troughton at Myrtle Villa Activities. ❤️

Myrtle Villa does amazing work supporting people living with memory loss and mental health challenges, and as close neighbours on Joyford Hill, they are a cause that's very close to our hearts.

If you’re able to spare any homegrown fruit or vegetables, baked treats, chutneys, jams, preserves, tinned food, hampers, chocolate, or w**e, we’d be so grateful for your support. Every little contribution helps make a big difference.

Donations can be dropped off at the pub anytime between now and Saturday, or brought along with you on the evening of the Harvest Festival.

Let's come together as a community and make our first Harvest Festival something really special for a wonderful local cause. 🍂🌾😊❤️

🍂 Well, another week has flown by and another weekend is upon us! 🍂

This week has been a busy one as we've officially launched our Autumn Lunch, Dinner and Small Persons Menus. Our chefs have been hard at work in the kitchen creating some fantastic seasonal dishes, as well as putting together this week's delicious specials for you to enjoy.

🎄 And yes... dare we say it... Christmas! 🎄

Matt has already turned his attention to the festive season and is busy finalising our Christmas Party Menu. We can let you into a little secret... we're going back to a classic Christmas party menu.

🌾 We're also looking forward to our Harvest Festival on Saturday 26th September, with a 7pm start. It's always a wonderful evening and we can't wait to celebrate with our community.

As we head towards the festive season, we're already thinking about ways to make the weeks leading up to Christmas, and Christmas itself, even more special. Keep an eye on our page over the coming weeks as we'll be sharing some exciting plans, events and seasonal surprises.

🍁 Have a wonderful weekend from all of us, and we hope to see you soon! 🍁
