Celebrating 5 🎂🐬

This birthday grazing table was the perfect mix of sweet & savoury, packed with all the kids’ favourite treats (and plenty for the grown-ups to enjoy too!)🍓🍬🧀🥨

We also created a dedicated vegetarian section, making sure there was something for everyone around the table.

Not only does a grazing table make a gorgeous centrepiece for a birthday celebration, it keeps the adults happily grazing while the little ones are busy having all the fun 🍬🍍🍩🍉

This grazing table might look like one of our usual setups, but there’s a clever difference 🧡

When wedding timelines are tight and there’s not much time to set up between different parts of the day, our mini grazing tray option is the perfect solution. Instead of building everything from scratch on-site, we create the table using beautifully styled trays, allowing us to set up in under an hour—without compromising on the finished look 🍇

This gorgeous wedding is proof that you don’t have to choose between a tight schedule and a beautiful grazing table 🤍

We finished it with thoughtful styling to complement the stunning venue, alongside clearly labelled vegetarian and gluten-free sections so every guest could graze with confidence 🌿

One of the questions I get asked the most is, “Do you plan your grazing tables beforehand, or do you just make it up as you go?” 🧡

The answer is… a little bit of both!

If I need to cater for allergies or include dedicated gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary sections, that always has to be planned in advance to make sure everything is safe, organised, and clearly separated.

But when it comes to the overall styling? I honestly let my creativity take over. I have a vision in my head, but I love seeing the table come together naturally, moving things around until it just feels right.

Every grazing table is completely unique, and that’s one of my favourite parts of creating them 🍇

I genuinely love bringing these tables to life, and knowing my clients enjoy them just as much as I love making them makes it all so worthwhile! 🫶🍓

It’s arriving early, understanding the flow of the event, preparing the space, coordinating the finer details, and ensuring everything is perfectly in place before the first guest walks through the door.
