🍋💜 A very Happy 50th Birthday to Megan! 💜🍋

This beautiful semi-naked two-tier cake was made with light and fluffy lemon & elderflower sponge, filled with tangy lemon curd and sweet blackcurrant conserve, then finished with silky buttercream and decorated simply with fresh blackberries and lemon wedges. ✨

Sometimes simple really is the most elegant. 💛
