Hello colchester we are brick lane we would love to tell you a little about us as a company 😀

We are inspired by the famous bakeries in London, Brick Lane Bagel Co. was founded by father and son Stuart and Elliott Hearne. Behind the food-to-go menu is a nostalgic mix of Irish salt beef brisket, oak-smoked salmon, and our brand signatures. Featuring a wide array of fillings, ingredients are sourced from some of the finest suppliers of food in the country.

Underlying our main objective to create an exciting, bold, food franchise is to alter how people perceive a healthy diet. Limitation and restriction do not create a sustainable balance. As long as the quality of food is good and not overly processed, then eating treats can be made in moderation. This is far easier to maintain than living your life by strict food regimes. We hope to help our customers achieve that balance through a great menu, presented in a family friendly, well-designed space.
