After 16 years of serving Naka Thai food, Pat has cooked literally millions of dishes for our wonderful customers. Seriously! 😄

And now, things are getting very interesting…

Our regular customers are always asking Pat how he makes all those delicious dishes. Many have even tried to recreate them at home by following YouTube videos — with, shall we say… mixed results! 😂

So, after a very long and careful consideration, Pat has finally decided to reveal some of his 20 years of cooking experience and secrets to you!

👨‍🍳 Every second Wednesday of the month, Pat will show you how to cook two dishes from the Naka Thai menu, sharing his techniques, tips and secrets along the way.

But that’s not all…

🍽️ EVERY TABLE WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY FRESHLY COOKED DISH DURING THE SHOW!

Simply come up to Pat on the night and tell him which one of the two dishes on the show you’d like him to cook for you — and he’ll freshly prepare it for your table!

But here’s something funny… 👀

There are five dishes that so many of you order time and time again — often alongside your other favourites.

So today, Pat, our Chef Patron, is throwing down the challenge! 👨‍🍳🔥

👉 Can you name all FIVE of these most popular dishes correctly?

Everyone who gets all five answers correct will be entered into a random draw to win:

🏆 £100 Naka Thai voucher
🥂 A bottle of bubbly
👨‍🍳 And, of course, Pat himself will come out of the kitchen to serve you the bubbly!

But there’s a catch… 👀

You must name the dishes in the exact order shown in the photos — and you must get the meat in each dish correct too!

As you can see, all our chefs are VERY particular about their dishes… and Pat is the worst of them all! 😂
