Elysium Group are breathing in a new lease of life to the old River Lodge site at Middleborough, Colchester. Pavilion, located in the town centre is sympathetically designed around the rich history of the River Colne and the Grade II listed building, of which part dates back to 1780. Lounge, Bar and Restaurant with private dining rooms, Pavilion is an all-day concept restaurant perfect for breakfasts, business lunches, celebrations and dinner and drinks with live DJ's and entertainment. Relax in a light and inspired organic space and indulge in contemporary Pan Pacific dining, from our extensive bar and w**e cellar, to the open kitchen and contemporary grazing menu designed around authentic cuisine and traditional dining Sakana-style. Think fresh seafood, a raw bar of oysters, ceviche, sashimi and a speciality Japanese Robatayaki charcoal grill. Whether it's dining in the restaurant, on the terrace or in our private rooms, enjoy the beautiful surroundings of natural rock, reclaimed wood, earthy tones and lush greenery. A luxurious and accessible setting with its boutique and izakaya dining concept, we hope you will join us at Pavilion for an innovative destination experience.
