Alright, confession time:
“My photos are blurry.”
Relax — it wasn’t your phone. It was my eyeballs.
I’m exhausted and apparently legally blind now 😂

So here’s the clearer version.

And oh yeah… as many of you wished, the restaurant is reopening — well, technically a brand-new one, but yes, we’re still serving your favourite Hsinking dishes.
Think of it as: new face, same soul, same delicious chaos.

Please bear with my overworked eyeballs hahaha!

🍜❤️ Dear HSINKING fam✨🍜
(yes, you—especially the one who always asks for extra egg),
We’ve got some news.
HSINKING is officially closing on May 18th.
Yeah. Deep breath. We know.
When we opened six years ago, we thought:
“Let’s serve ramen, blast some anime soundtracks, maybe survive five years.”
Instead, we got:
* 🔥A chef with increasingly questionable temper management skills (he loves you, he’s just... passionate).
* ⚡A floor team that still short-circuits when three tables arrive at once.
* ❤️And guests—YOU—who somehow made all the chaos 1000% worth it.
We stayed open a year longer than planned. Why?
Because y’all kept showing up.
Because even when we forgot your drinks order (twice), you still smiled.
Because you turned this tiny ramen shop into a home filled with warmth, chaos, and ridiculous amounts of Tempura.

🗓️So here’s the plan:
From now till our last day, we’re opening reservations from 2:00 PM
so more of you can come through, say hi (or cry), and eat your favourite bowl one more time.

We’re terrible at emotional stuff, so here’s our best shot:

For every empty bowl, every “don’t worry, take your time.”
For staying calm while our kitchen sounded like a dramatic anime battle scene.
You made this place more than just a ramen shop.
You made it ours.
You made it yours.

And no, we don’t know what’s next yet.
But we do know this:
We’ll miss you deeply.
We love you madly.
And we hope to see your face (and empty bowl) before the last curtain drops.
