Job title: Baker

Duties: Able to work confidently as a Baker. Working in a team producing high end and high-quality food. Assist the Chef in the day-to-day kitchen tasks. Prepare dishes according to the recipes and maintain the high standards that the company has set. Preparing, baking, and producing desserts such as parathas, milk cakes, cheesecakes, desserts, and various Indian desserts. Using scales: graded containers, measures, weighs flour or other materials to make batters, doughs, fillings, or whipped cream. Recommending recipes to refresh our menu and bring in new customers (e.g., gluten-free, or more vegan desserts). Comply with Health and Safety rules, Food Safety and Hygiene regulations and maintain a high degree of cleanliness. Completing food hygiene documents to comply with the law.
