Meal prep Friday, for me it's calorie deficit all the way for sustained fat loss combined with strength training. Once I decided to improve my fitness levels and nutrition I've not looked back, is it easy no I've struggled and many years shed, however I've never given up .

I find it easier to prep my meals in advance that way I know what I'm eating and keep writhing my calorie target.

I've found there is no such thing as "diet food " I eat what I've always eaten just a lot less of it and make it it more nutritionally optimal. From left to right Mushroom Strogonaff(plant based)
Vegetable & coconut curry (plant based)
Chicken wings & roasted vegetables
Baked chicken, chorizo kale roasted vegetables.
