When you love great food as much as I do, eating well is incredibly important.

That’s why I decided to create a business that helps busy people—people just like me—get more goodness, nutrients, and energy into their day without having to sacrifice time or convenience. I truly believe that making time to nourish yourself is one of the most important investments you can make.

Since starting this journey, I’ve been overwhelmed by the positive feedback and support from our community. I can’t thank you enough for choosing to support a local business. The food industry certainly isn’t an easy one, but my goal has always remained the same: to create food that is delicious, full of flavour, satisfying, and made with care.

Menu’s up and ready to take orders for the week commencing 15/06. Lots of healthy lunches, plenty of protein packed meals and saving you all the drama! 🫶

Deadline for orders is this Friday, it’s £25 for the week, XL is £35 and 3x cakes extra is only £5, for anyone who needs something sweet (without being too naughty) 😏

Also if anyone has a total no-no ingredient please don’t be shy to tell me, I’m happy to make small changes 🙏

Been busy in the kitchen all day chopping, prepping, and cooking up a storm! 🥕🥦👨‍🍳

There’s something really satisfying about getting a week of fresh, healthy, tasty meals ready, and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s been ordering and enjoying my food over the last few weeks. The support honestly means so much, and I’m definitely feeling the love ❤️

Good news! If you’re craving something sweet to get you through the day, you can add 3 slices of our healthier homemade cakes for just £5 extra.

This week’s selection includes:
🍫 Tahini Chocolate Brownie – sweetened with maple syrup and made with rich dark chocolate
🍎 Dutch Apple Cake – packed with apple, cinnamon, and vanilla
🍌 Banana Bread – light, moist, and loaded with chocolate chips
