Meal prep Sunday 💛 A week full of my favourite dishes — wholesome, tasty, comforting recipes, including a few flavours that take me right back to childhood. 🥘✨

Lots of meals prepared for both new and old clients, ready to make those chaotic weeks a little easier.

If work, kids, life (or all three! 😅) have you feeling like you don’t know when you’ll find the time to cook, eat well, and get your nutrients in without spending a fortune or living in the kitchen — just give Deelish a call or DM me! 💌

Beautiful food, less stress, more time for the things that matter. ❤️
