💙 Man Within Compass 5K Run/Walk – Sunday 6th September 2026 💙

Last year, we decided to raise money for LOROS Hospice, an incredible charity that provides compassionate care for people with terminal illnesses, while also offering invaluable support to their families during the most difficult times.

Thanks to your amazing support, we raised an incredible £3,000! We were so overwhelmed by everyone's generosity that we've decided to do it all again this year.

This year's event is especially meaningful as we will be running and walking in memory of our dear friend Andy Furman, who we sadly lost to cancer last year on the day.He is greatly missed, and we're proud to honour his memory by supporting a cause that helps so many families facing cancer.

🏃‍♀️ Everyone is welcome – whether you'd like to run, jog or walk the 5K, we'd love for you to join us.

💷 Entry is just £7.50, payable on the morning of the event, with 100% of the entry fees going directly to LOROS Hospice.

Every step you take will help make a difference. Please come along, bring your family and friends, and help us raise as much as we can for this fantastic charity.

After having a couple of days to digest we just want to say wow what another amazing Woodstock Festival🥺

Firstly we want to thank Sue and the Woodstock Committee for organising an amazing event and again choosing the Man within Compass to host Woodstock 2026, we feel honoured that we were chosen for the fourth year in a row 😊

Thank you to Ray and all the staff at Big Rock Promotions, Andy Watts, Pete Cawte, Swifty and Tony Marsden for the stage set up and behind the scenes work, and to the Musicians for providing us with some great music and entertainment from start to finish, you were amazing! It was great to have a different variety of genres to mix it up so there was something for everybody🎶🎶

Thanks to Martin Sharpe and all the Security staff for your assistance throughout the day, always a pleasure to work with you guys!🙌🏻

Thank you to JB Tool Hire for everything you supplied to enable us to have the best day ever, you never let us down! 🔧🧰

A big thank you to Bouncy Days events for supplying and monitoring bouncy castles that kept the kids entertained all day!🎪

Our Staff old and new, you were amazing and did not stop from start to finish, Thank you!!!! We have had amazing feedback on what amazing staff we have and how this was our fastest service to date, we couldn’t do it without you girls 😊

And lastly, a big thank you to every single one of you who spent your Saturday Day and Night with us, what an amazing day we had making memories together with great vibes and community. We could not have done this without you all😁
