Dear customers,

Our weekends are extremely busy and staff are under immense pressure especially between the hours of 5-8.30pm.
When it’s really busy and you cannot get through to place an order it doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with our phone or that staff have it “off the hook”!
We also have “caller waiting” on the phone system so it will sometimes keep ringing if we are on the phone to a customer but we are aware a call is trying to get through.
We understand this is frustrating for you but there is no need to be abusive to our counter staff who are trying their best to accommodate phone orders and customers ordering at the counter.
Please just “be kind” and we appreciate your patience 🙂

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our dear colleague and friend, Eleanor who passed away on 25th Feb 2024.
Eleanor worked at New Golden Future for 28 years and made lots of friends throughout this time. She loved catching up with customers and many times knew their order before they even told her! Eleanor greeted everyone with a smile and a wee chat - nothing was ever too much trouble.
The chinese will never be the same without our very much loved Eleanor. She was adored by everyone and will be sadly missed 💔
Our thoughts and prayers are with Joe, Jolene, Steven and the entire family circle at this difficult time ♥️
