⛔ Details have been revealed of the road closures planned for Clitheroe town centre as it hosts the second stage of The Tour Of Britain women’s race on Thursday 20 August.

🚵‍♀️ The race itself will set off from outside the White Lion pub in Market Place at 11.30am, head out of town along York Street to Chatburn, Grindleton, Sawley, Bolton-by-Bowland, Tosside and Slaidburn before heading over Waddington Fell and back through Clitheroe at the bottom of Chatburn Road, and up Pendle Road, over the Nick O’Pendle, down to Sabden, through Whalley then Hurst Green and Longridge and on to the finish line on the seafront at Blackpool.
