Some very dear friends are taking on a very impressive challenge this weekend for a truly wonderful cause. They are going to be running 84 miles in one continuous effort along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal to raise money for and to raise awareness of postpartum psychosis

It’s a very deeply personal challenge for and , as the start and finish line are the two Mother and Baby Units Rachel stayed in with her babies in the weeks after their birth.

If you would like to support them at all, we have a QR code at the van this weekend you can scan and donate to this wonderful charity, they are also running a raffle that you can purchase tickets for. Heard you can win a Marley’s voucher 👀

When I finish on Saturday night, I’m going to go and meet them, deliver them some pizza and try and help fuel them to the finish x

We made 30 Focaccia sandwiches yesterday for a Friends event. But I was so busy I forgot to take any photos, with half term, Marley and her mate running about, the heat and a time deadline I completely forgot to document it. Anyways I guess we can now probably start offering a sandwich drop, DM for more details if you’re ever interested but just FYI would need to be a minimum of 24 if it’s not on a Friday x

Back open from 4pm tonight, it’s gunna be a hot one x
