This is a proper burger.

We took our time with this one… because let’s be honest —
vegan burgers can be very average.

So we built something we actually want to eat.

When we opened Cliffs back in May, we knew one thing…
we had to do something proper for our vegan & veggie crew.

But we didn’t rush it.

We tested.
We tweaked.
We played with spices, textures, combinations…
until it actually felt right.

And now, it’s ready. 👏🏻👏🏻

We’re officially launching not one, but TWO vegan dishes on the menu:

Scrambled tofu on toast, sautéed spinach, roasted potatoes… simple, bold, full of flavour.

From June 8th, Sara Ratcliffe will be taking over our kitchen every Monday evening with her pop-up Måndag 🇸🇪

Sara’s food comes from somewhere real — shaped by years of tradition, recipes passed down through generations, and a deep connection to Swedish home cooking. After running a Swedish café in London and spending the last decade in Margate, she’s bringing that story straight to our tables.

Expect proper Swedish meatballs, pickled fish, and homemade cakes — all rooted in tradition, with her own twist.

This plate has absolutely no business looking this good at brunch. 🍳🥩

Juicy ribeye steak, sunny side up egg with that perfect yolk, silky prosciutto and a fresh dressed salad on the side pretending this whole situation is healthy.
