New year, new ideas, new dishes.

With the weather getting warmer sometimes you just want a light lunch.
We are now back open 7 days a week.

After closing for a short period whilst the roadworks are being carried out we are excited to announce that we will be reopening (limited hours) on Wednesday the 16th April. Please visit our website for our temporary hours until the works are finished.

It's not been an easy decision but we feel it's the right one. escala tapas will be closing from 2nd March due to the second round of roadworks on the seafront. Obviously the works has had a huge financial impact and we aim to re open in a few months but we will need the support of the local community and will be setting up a crowdfund in order to do this. The next few months are going to be very difficult for all of the businesses on the seafront as we enter the second round of roadworks to fix the first set of improvements in 2022.

There are concerns three months of roadworks could put people off visiting the town.
