Inspired by last week’s invention test to make a stout cake, I’ve made a cherry & chocolate version.
A cherry coke infused chocolate sponge with a cherry curd filling and cream cheese icing.

Good morning 🍂

The counter has a decidedly more autumnal feel to it this week with quiche making way for loaded potatoes and homemade soup making a welcome return.

It’s squash season so I’ve leaned into that and used it in both savoury and sweet creations this week!
