It is with great sadness and a very heavy heart that we are announcing the permanent closure of The Larch Barn with immediate effect.
We wish to say a big thank you to all our customers over the years, whether you popped in when passing by once, or were one of our lovely regular visitors. Your support has meant the world to us, and we are grateful for every coffee, cake, meal, and pot of tea we have served here.
This decision has not been an easy one to make and as a family we are devastated. We have been struggling with staffing, rising food costs, utilities, and the cost of living and sadly, despite our best efforts, it has simply become impossible to continue trading. Hospitality as an industry is tough for so many currently, and we would encourage anyone reading this to please visit your local cafes, pubs, and restaurants when you are able to, as too many are closing.
We need to thank our loyal staff for their support and brilliant work, especially at this difficult time.
We will be making full refunds via BACS for outstanding in-date gift vouchers. Please contact us directly on [email protected] with a photograph of the voucher and the bank details to issue the refund to. We aim to process all of these by the end of September, so please do bear with us.
