❗️NOTICE - PLEASE READ…

Last night, we were completely sold out in our Green Room. We even had a waiting list of customers just in case of any drop outs.

Unfortunately, two tables out of 6 failed to arrive. After the agreed grace period, we contacted both bookings to check on their arrival and received responses that were not only disrespectful, but made light of a situation that has a very real impact on independent hospitality businesses. The total disregard and attempted humour of your absence has left an awful taste in our mouth.

We have always chosen not to take deposits because we’re fortunate to have a loyal customer base that supports us week in, week out. We trust our customers, and 99% of the time that trust is rewarded. However, no shows can be incredibly damaging, especially when capacity is limited and every table matters.

So please, if you have a booking and can no longer make it, let us know. Even a quick message gives us the opportunity to refill the table and offer the space to someone else. To the vast majority of customers who respect our business and support us properly, thank you. We appreciate every single one of you🫶🏼

And to the two groups who not only failed to attend but responded with complete disrespect, we hope our paths don’t cross again, and we hope your visit to the hospital for your recent contraction of “chlamydia” is revolved as soon as possible.
